This Qom rug is hand-knotted in 100% pure silk — the finest and most prized weave in the Persian tradition. Qom (or Qum) is renowned for silk carpets of exceptional knot density, where the sheen of the silk makes the colours appear to shift as you move around the piece.
The ivory field carries an intricate all-over floral design framed by a classic border. At 1 × 1.5 m it works beautifully as an entryway or accent rug, in a study, or mounted as wall art. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, inspected and catalogued by hand in our Vaughan showroom.
